Going Global is designed to provide a space for aspiring exchange students interested in navigating the exciting world of international education to acquire valuable insights, practical guidance, and essential resources. The first half of the event consists of a question and answer period with a panel of former exchange student representatives, followed by an open networking session. Come learn more about learning abroad and international opportunities, and gain more insight into what it’s like to go global from your peers!

Universal Gateway is a career trek event that provides a gateway to explore international business in Toronto and beyond. By touring and networking with representatives from a multinational company that has business operations in Toronto, students will have the opportunity to unravel the intricacies of conducting business across borders, navigating diverse cultures, and embracing the dynamic opportunities that lie ahead. Join us at (partner firm)'s office for an unforgettable experience where new horizons and global connections await you at every turn.

Expanding Horizons
February 2nd, 5-8 PM
Focusing on expanding LGBTQ+ Inclusive Business Practices/ Marketing Strategies in International Markets/ Global Brands, Expanding Horizons aims to explore the complexities of promoting EDI across borders while respecting local contexts and customs. A case scenario will be given 3 days in advance and students will provide a solution through a presentation that must be emailed by the deadline. Each group will have 10 minutes to present followed by 5 mins of Q&A from the judges.

Skyline Soiree
March 8th, 7-9 PM
RCIBA and RCEO's networking event Skyline Soiree will bring you a networking experience like no other! Chat with 20 professionals and alumni from a variety of industries spanning cities and countries in an intimate setting at Lavelle, a landmark rooftop venue in Toronto. Build connections, learn about potential career paths, and enjoy refreshments with a view of the city skyline.
